NOTICE TO ALL SIERRA DEL SOL HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION MEMBERS

Re: Termination of DANA Properties as Property Manager and Payment Instructions

Dear Sierra Del Sol Homeowners' Association Members,

The Sierra Del Sol Homeowners' Association (“Association”) wishes to inform all members of the following important updates regarding property management and assessment payments:

Effective February 15, 2025, DANA Properties is no longer the property manager for the Sierra Del Sol Homeowners' Association. This decision was made by the Board of Directors in accordance with our governing documents and Texas law. As of that date, DANA Properties has no authority to act on behalf of the Association, including demanding or accepting payments for assessments, fees, or any other charges owed to the Association.

Action Required by Members:

• Cease Payments to DANA Properties: Members are directed to immediately stop making any payments to DANA Properties. Any payments made to DANA Properties on or after February 15, 2025, will not be credited toward your account with the Sierra Del Sol Homeowners' Association.

• Pay Assessments Directly to the Association: All assessments and fees must now be paid directly to the Sierra Del Sol Homeowners' Association. Payment instructions are as follows: Mail checks payable to Sierra Del Sol HOA to 6201 Escondido Drive El Paso, Texas 79912, make payment at the office in the Clubhouse, or request electronic payments by contacting the Treasurer at treasurer@sdshoa.com. Further details on payment methods will be provided soon if not already available.

Consequences of Non-Payment:
Failure to pay assessments directly to the Sierra Del Sol Homeowners' Association will result in no credit being applied to your account, and you will be considered in default under the Association’s governing documents and Texas Property Code Section 209.006. This may lead to late fees, interest, collection actions, or liens against your property, as permitted by law and our bylaws.

If you have made payments to DANA Properties since February 15, 2025, please contact the Association Treasurer at 915 222-8631 or treasurer@sdshoa.com immediately to report the amount and date of payment. The Association is taking steps to recover any funds improperly collected by DANA Properties and will update members as necessary.
